Please email me at shannon@pentacrafts.co.uk with subject 'Custom Order' soon after purchase to discuss with me how you would like to customise your coaster. If you do not email me, I will try to contact you with the details provided to me at checkout as to how you would like your order. If no contact has been after 14 days, I will assume you are ordering the moth coasters with just the design with no lettering/customisation and send you the set of moth coasters (as seen in photo with no lettering).

Lettering: Up to 12 characters (including space) is preferable for best outcome, which will be placed at top of design. If you require more for a short phrase, I can adjust the design to fit letters at the top and bottom of the design up to 25 characters (including space).

Design: I am happy to use different letters for each coaster as long as they're short (8 letters or less preferably) such as names. For example 'Adam' on one coaster, 'Daisy' on another, 'Ben' and 'Rosy' on the others. This makes a perfect gift for families.

Font: I use the font Astloch (as seen in photo) typically with this design, as I think it pairs well with the design. If you have another font in mind, I am happy to try to accomodate if it's a common font, or I'll try something similair. I can not make garuntees if you're after a very particular font, especially if there's potential copyright issues.

Disclaimer: I have the right to deny any custom order for reasons such as requesting offensive terms, which will result in a refund.

I will send you up to 3 mockup designs to make sure you are happy with your coasters to be made. If you are unsatisfied with the mockup designs and can not reach a satisfactory result, I will fully refund the order. If you do not contact me within 5 days after I have sent the mockup, I will assume you are happy for me to go ahead with the design sent. 

Unfortunatly I do not accept returns or refunds for custom orders. This does not affect your statutory rights of course, if an items arrives broken for example.

Shipping: Custom orders take me longer to do, with extra time spent doing mockups, editing, making your item and etc, so shipping can take longer. After you have approved your mockup design (which may take a few business days), I will design and make your order as soon as I can which may take up to 5 working days (possibly longer if I have an upcoming market/event), and ship your item off which typically takes 2-3 working days. I will make your order as soon as I can, but please understand I am only a small business ❤️ If you are in bit of a rush and have a reasonable date in mind, please email me before purchase so that I can tell you if I should be able to ship your item before then, but I can't make garuntees or have control of shipping once a parcel has left my hands. 

If you wish to send your custom item as a gift, please let me know! I will happily wrap them in an organza bag, send a little handwritten note such as 'to ****, Lots of love ****' and make sure to remove any price tags.
